At the meeting of Caldecote Parish Council held on 3rd March 2022, the continuing issue of dog fouling around the village (and particularly at the recreation ground) was discussed.
Previous measures introduced by the Parish Council – including the provision of additional bins and public appeals for owners to clear up after their dogs – have not succeeded in addressing the problem. The Council are therefore proposing to introduce measures to ban dogs from the recreation ground at all times.
