Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972 that 3 casual vacancies have arisen on the above Council caused by the resignation of Councillors Helen Cartwright, Chris Corcoran and one long standing vacancy.
- A By-Election to fill the vacancies will be held if within 14 days (computed in accordance with the Regulations) from the date of this notice, ten electors for the Parish give notice in writing requesting that an election be held.
- Such notice must be delivered to the Returning Officer at: South Cambridgeshire District Council, South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne Business Park, Cambourne, Cambridge CB23 6EA. To arrive not later than 30th September 2021.
- If no such notice is given the Parish Council will fill the vacancy by co-option.
